Isn't it funny that going to the bathroom can be funny?? I find that odd, similar to the fact that diamonds are so expensive.
Why? Because everyone has to, and almost everyone has one, respectively. I am constantly amazed at the way boys laugh and joke about all things bathroom. They take pride in their accomplishments in the loo, and tell tales which get "longer" every time!
It seems as silly as charging a fortune for a small clear sparkly piece of compressed carbon that can be found on almost every married woman's finger, and in zillions of jewelry stores and pawn shops throughout the world.
What is so special about either of these?
Who knows, but the fascination with both doesn't seem to be passing any time soon. :)
